I had the best time in the hostel. All the people around were so nice to me and very helpful! Since the very first moment I came to this hostel, everybody was very friendly and all my task were exactly how we agreed to be. I stayed for almost three weeks and If I would have more time, I would stay longer. Hostel has amazing rooftop, with beautiful view, for chilling and socializing with other volunteers and guests and the breakfast is really good. Valle de Bravo is surounded by nature, so there is so many options for hiking ang going out to enjoy waterfalls or views.

+ The owner was flexible with my arrival date, days off and tasks + Reception tasks are very easy, I worked only in the evenings + The breakfast is different every day + Central and calm location - Constant conflicts between the volunteers, the owner wasn't making anything to resolve. Volunteers attending guests out of their turn - The position of reception requieres 30h/week that was not accorded before my arrival - An extremely small room. No ventilation - You hear everything happening in the common areas wherever you are - Once there were no breakfast
